Registo de Utilizador e Proteção de Dados (RGPD) Ao utilizar os nossos serviços, o cliente autoriza a recolha e o tratamento dos seus dados pessoais (nome, CC/NIF, morada e contacto). Estes dados destinam-se exclusivamente à gestão do contrato de aluguer e faturação, sendo armazenados de forma segura e em conformidade com o Regulamento Geral sobre a Proteção de Dados (RGPD). O cliente tem o direito de aceder, retificar ou solicitar a eliminação dos seus dados. 2. Depósito de Garantia (Caução) No ato do aluguer, será cobrado um depósito de garantia. Devolução: O depósito será devolvido na totalidade após a entrega do equipamento, desde que este se encontre no mesmo estado de funcionamento e conservação em que foi entregue. Retenção: Caso a máquina apresente danos, sinais de uso indevido ou avarias funcionais, a empresa reserva-se o direito de reter o depósito para cobrir custos de reparação ou substituição. 3. Atrasos na Devolução O período de aluguer é rigoroso. Se o item não for devolvido na data e hora acordadas, serão faturados dias adicionais à taxa diária em vigor, sem prejuízo de eventuais indemnizações por reservas de terceiros afetadas. 4. Incumprimento e Cobrança de Dívidas Faturas não pagas nos prazos estabelecidos serão sujeitas a juros de mora. Na ausência de regularização, a empresa reserva-se o direito de recorrer a entidades externas de cobrança de dívidas e/ou instâncias judiciais para a recuperação dos montantes devidos, sendo os custos deste processo imputados ao cliente. 5. Responsabilidade e Manutenção O cliente é responsável pela segurança do equipamento durante o período de aluguer. É proibida a sublocação ou a utilização do equipamento para fins diferentes daqueles a que se destina. 6. Transporte e Acondicionamento O cliente é o único responsável pelo transporte, manuseamento e armazenamento adequado do equipamento desde o momento da recolha até à sua entrega. O equipamento deve ser mantido em local seguro, seco e protegido das intempéries. Qualquer dano resultante de transporte negligente ou armazenamento inadequado será da inteira responsabilidade do cliente. 7. Responsabilidade em Caso de Furto ou Roubo Em caso de furto ou roubo, o cliente deve apresentar imediatamente uma queixa nas autoridades policiais e informar a empresa. Se for determinado que o cliente não tomou as medidas de segurança adequadas para prevenir o incidente, o cliente será responsável pelo pagamento do valor de substituição integral de um equipamento novo (modelo equivalente atual). Este valor inclui o preço de mercado do equipamento novo, impostos e custos de transporte/logística para a sua reposição imediata no inventário, de forma a mitigar as perdas do negócio. --- ENGLISH --- 1. User Registration and Data Protection (GDPR) By using our services, the customer authorizes the collection and processing of personal data (name, ID/Tax number, address, and contact info). This data is used exclusively for rental management and billing, stored securely in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customers hold the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their data. 2. Security Deposit A security deposit is required at the start of the rental period. Refund: The deposit will be refunded in full upon return of the equipment, provided it is in the same working condition and state of repair as when it was collected. Retention: If the machine is damaged, shows signs of misuse, or is not functioning correctly, the company reserves the right to keep the deposit to cover repair or replacement costs. 3. Late Returns Rental periods are strictly enforced. If the item is not returned by the agreed date and time, additional days will be charged at the current daily rate. 4. Non-Payment and Debt Collection Unpaid invoices will be subject to late interest. In the event of continued non-payment, the company reserves the right to refer the account to external debt collection agencies and/or legal authorities. Any costs associated with debt recovery will be charged to the customer. 5. Responsibility and Usage The customer is responsible for the safety and integrity of the equipment during the rental period. Sub-leasing or using the equipment for purposes other than its intended use is strictly prohibited. 6. Transport and Storage The customer is solely responsible for the safe transport, handling, and proper storage of the equipment from the moment of collection until its return. The equipment must be kept in a secure, dry location protected from the elements. Any damage resulting from negligent transport or inadequate storage will be the full responsibility of the customer. 7. Liability for Theft or Loss In the event of theft or robbery, the customer must immediately file a police report and notify the company. If it is determined that the customer failed to take sufficient measures to prevent the theft, the customer will be held liable for the full replacement value of a brand-new machine (current equivalent model). This value includes the current market price of the new equipment, applicable taxes, and any shipping or logistics costs required for its immediate replacement in our inventory to mitigate business losses.
