Registo de Utilizador e Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados (RGPD) Ao utilizar os nossos servi\u00e7os, o cliente autoriza a recolha e o tratamento dos seus dados pessoais (nome, CC\/NIF, morada e contacto). Estes dados destinam-se exclusivamente \u00e0 gest\u00e3o do contrato de aluguer e fatura\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo armazenados de forma segura e em conformidade com o Regulamento Geral sobre a Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados (RGPD). O cliente tem o direito de aceder, retificar ou solicitar a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus dados.\r\n\r\n2. Dep\u00f3sito de Garantia (Cau\u00e7\u00e3o) No ato do aluguer, ser\u00e1 cobrado um dep\u00f3sito de garantia.\r\n\r\nDevolu\u00e7\u00e3o: O dep\u00f3sito ser\u00e1 devolvido na totalidade ap\u00f3s a entrega do equipamento, desde que este se encontre no mesmo estado de funcionamento e conserva\u00e7\u00e3o em que foi entregue.\r\n\r\nReten\u00e7\u00e3o: Caso a m\u00e1quina apresente danos, sinais de uso indevido ou avarias funcionais, a empresa reserva-se o direito de reter o dep\u00f3sito para cobrir custos de repara\u00e7\u00e3o ou substitui\u00e7\u00e3o.\r\n\r\n3. Atrasos na Devolu\u00e7\u00e3o O per\u00edodo de aluguer \u00e9 rigoroso. Se o item n\u00e3o for devolvido na data e hora acordadas, ser\u00e3o faturados dias adicionais \u00e0 taxa di\u00e1ria em vigor, sem preju\u00edzo de eventuais indemniza\u00e7\u00f5es por reservas de terceiros afetadas.\r\n\r\n4. Incumprimento e Cobran\u00e7a de D\u00edvidas Faturas n\u00e3o pagas nos prazos estabelecidos ser\u00e3o sujeitas a juros de mora. Na aus\u00eancia de regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o, a empresa reserva-se o direito de recorrer a entidades externas de cobran\u00e7a de d\u00edvidas e\/ou inst\u00e2ncias judiciais para a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o dos montantes devidos, sendo os custos deste processo imputados ao cliente.\r\n\r\n5. Responsabilidade e Manuten\u00e7\u00e3o O cliente \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela seguran\u00e7a do equipamento durante o per\u00edodo de aluguer. \u00c9 proibida a subloca\u00e7\u00e3o ou a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento para fins diferentes daqueles a que se destina.\r\n\r\n6. Transporte e Acondicionamento O cliente \u00e9 o \u00fanico respons\u00e1vel pelo transporte, manuseamento e armazenamento adequado do equipamento desde o momento da recolha at\u00e9 \u00e0 sua entrega. O equipamento deve ser mantido em local seguro, seco e protegido das intemp\u00e9ries. Qualquer dano resultante de transporte negligente ou armazenamento inadequado ser\u00e1 da inteira responsabilidade do cliente.\r\n\r\n7. Responsabilidade em Caso de Furto ou Roubo Em caso de furto ou roubo, o cliente deve apresentar imediatamente uma queixa nas autoridades policiais e informar a empresa. Se for determinado que o cliente n\u00e3o tomou as medidas de seguran\u00e7a adequadas para prevenir o incidente, o cliente ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pelo pagamento do valor de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o integral de um equipamento novo (modelo equivalente atual). Este valor inclui o pre\u00e7o de mercado do equipamento novo, impostos e custos de transporte\/log\u00edstica para a sua reposi\u00e7\u00e3o imediata no invent\u00e1rio, de forma a mitigar as perdas do neg\u00f3cio.\r\n\r\n--- ENGLISH ---\r\n1. User Registration and Data Protection (GDPR) By using our services, the customer authorizes the collection and processing of personal data (name, ID\/Tax number, address, and contact info). This data is used exclusively for rental management and billing, stored securely in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customers hold the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their data.\r\n\r\n2. Security Deposit A security deposit is required at the start of the rental period.\r\n\r\nRefund: The deposit will be refunded in full upon return of the equipment, provided it is in the same working condition and state of repair as when it was collected.\r\n\r\nRetention: If the machine is damaged, shows signs of misuse, or is not functioning correctly, the company reserves the right to keep the deposit to cover repair or replacement costs.\r\n\r\n3. Late Returns Rental periods are strictly enforced. If the item is not returned by the agreed date and time, additional days will be charged at the current daily rate.\r\n\r\n4. Non-Payment and Debt Collection Unpaid invoices will be subject to late interest. In the event of continued non-payment, the company reserves the right to refer the account to external debt collection agencies and\/or legal authorities. Any costs associated with debt recovery will be charged to the customer.\r\n\r\n5. Responsibility and Usage The customer is responsible for the safety and integrity of the equipment during the rental period. Sub-leasing or using the equipment for purposes other than its intended use is strictly prohibited.\r\n\r\n6. Transport and Storage The customer is solely responsible for the safe transport, handling, and proper storage of the equipment from the moment of collection until its return. The equipment must be kept in a secure, dry location protected from the elements. Any damage resulting from negligent transport or inadequate storage will be the full responsibility of the customer.\r\n\r\n7. Liability for Theft or Loss In the event of theft or robbery, the customer must immediately file a police report and notify the company. If it is determined that the customer failed to take sufficient measures to prevent the theft, the customer will be held liable for the full replacement value of a brand-new machine (current equivalent model).
